All of our products are hand crafted by artisans to provide your home with ageless beauty. All products carry an unconditional lifetime guarantee on materials and workmanship and are backed by our commitment of providing the best quality decorative hardware at affordable pricing. All functional hardware including latches, locks, door hardware spring mechanisms are guaranteed for a period of 30 years from purchase date.

Taamba Heirloom Hardware will replace or repair hardware under normal use guidelines. Products damaged by accident or improper installations cannot be covered by this warranty.

A Word about Our Warranty on Finishes
All Brassware Finishes are guaranteed against workmanship defects for five years except the Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B) finish which is an "Un-lacquered Living Finish", meant to change over time revealing a mix of a copper and amber hue. Our Rustic Revival Hand Cast Bronze line of Hardware is available in three ageless patinas. Made with the highest quality of bronze available, our hand crafted Multi Point Hardware Sets are available as entry, patio or dummy functions. Our Rustic Revival bronze hardware becomes alive and endures with age. Each piece will interact with the environment and it will change hue (color), which is part of the natural oxidization and desirable characteristics of a bronze living finish (color), which is part of the natural oxidization and desirable characteristics of a bronze living finish.

Our bronze line will age with time. Cleaning all surfaces with mild soap, water, and a non-abrasive cloth will help our hardware age gracefully. You can also apply a high quality clear wax to protect the patina and slow the natural oxidization process.
